Crock-Pot Chicken and Gravy

Oh my goodness.  This is my comfort food to the t. It turned out so good everyone wanted seconds!

I know it doesn’t look like much, but flavor was on point.

Ingredients:

❇ 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can chicken broth
1 bullion cube (I used garlic)
1 packet of chicken gravy mix

Directions:

Put the chicken, broth and bullion into the Crock-Pot.  If the liquid doesn’t cover the chicken completely add a little bit of water.

Cook on high for 4 hours.

After the chicken cooks, scoop out 1 cup of the broth and pour into the pan you’ll use for gravy.  Stir gravy packet into the broth until completely mixed.  I had about half a cup of broth left in the Crock-Pot, I went ahead and added that to the gravy.

Shred the chicken breasts and add to the gravy. Mix!

I served it over mashed potatoes.  It would also be delicious over pasta or rice too.

Top it with a veggie and of course a delicious roll!
